How to distinguish between good and bad melt blown cloth？
1.Look at the uniformity.
Carefully observe the melt blown nonwoven fabric to the light, if the cloth as a whole is uniform and orderly, then the quality is better; if the cloth has thick and thin holes and particles, it is defective.
2.Look at the lines.
According to the grain, we can basically judge whether the material is melt blown non woven, and then we can judge its quality according to the tensile toughness, transmittance and the size of the curl.
3.Ignition does not burn.
High-quality meltblown cloth can not be lit with fire, close to the source of fire will not produce black smoke, nor will it curl the edge.
4.Shredding is adsorptive.
Water soluble nonwoven fabric shredding has static electricity, and the fragments have adsorption force, which can be adsorbed on 90 °vertical glass or stainless steel surface.
5.The smoke cannot penetrate.
Water soluble nonwoven fabric can filter particles in the air to a great extent. During the test, you can take a puff of cigarette and blow hard on the cloth to see if the smoke can penetrate the cloth.
6.Strong tensile force.
Hold the cloth and pull it to both sides. If it is easy to disconnect, it means that the stretching force is poor. If this kind of cloth is installed on the machine, it cannot be processed normally.
